Who are you as a leader today?

You spend your days understanding other people: your team, your clients, the people who rely on you. Knowing yourself as a leader, your strengths and the patterns shaping how you lead yourself, is where all of that begins. LEAD24 gives you that picture, and a practice to build on it.

Growth happens when you design your pathway and see your progress.

Over more than twenty years working alongside leaders, one question stayed with me: what if leaders had the autonomy to design their own self-leadership pathway? Silvia Silva, Founder & CEO, Leadwell & Succeed.

Three steps to a practice that is yours.

Frequently asked questions

What is LEAD24?

LEAD24 is a personalised self-leadership platform by Leadwell & Succeed, founded by Silvia Silva in Adelaide, Australia. It starts by getting to know you, your career stage and what you want to focus on. Your LEADScore assessment then reveals your leader archetype, and LEAD24 builds a weekly practice, an on-demand thinking partner called Think With Me, and progress reports around your role, focus and available time.

What is the LEADScore?

The LEADScore is a self-leadership assessment that takes about five minutes. It shows your leader archetype, your strengths and the patterns shaping how you lead yourself today, and it sets the focus for your pathway. You can retake it at the end of each twelve-week cycle to see what has changed.

How much time do I need?

You choose: 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes a day. Each weekly behaviour is sized to fit the week you are having.

What is Think With Me?

Think With Me is a thinking partner inside LEAD24, available to you at any time, for the conversation you are planning or the decision you are turning over. It is unlimited on the LEAD24 plan.

Who is LEAD24 for?

Leaders at every stage, from aspiring to senior, who want to grow how they lead themselves in a way that fits their role and life. It adapts to every career stage and generation.

How is LEAD24 different from a leadership course?

LEAD24 is not a course. It is a personalised self-leadership practice. LEAD24 starts by knowing you and your own LEADScore, suggests one behaviour a week that you can swap or write yourself, and tracks your progress over twelve-week cycles, so the learning sits inside your actual work.

Can my organisation provide LEAD24 for our leaders?

Yes. Teams and organisations can bring LEAD24 to their people. Contact lead24@lead24.ai to talk about options for your team.

What does it cost, and can I get a refund?

LEAD24 is AUD $99 per month or AUD $950.40 per year, with everything included. You can cancel any time from your account. Monthly and yearly subscribers receive a full refund within 30 days of their first payment, no questions asked.
